Delivery & Returns
UK delivery times and costs, and how to return something.
Delivery
Free on UK orders over £40. Under £40, a flat £3.95. Orders are dispatched from the UK within 1-2 working days by a tracked courier (Royal Mail or DPD), with most mainland deliveries arriving in 2-4 working days. The Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland can take 1-3 days longer. You'll get tracking by email.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for a refund of the item price. It must be unused, or clean and as-new, with any tags and packaging. Email us with your order number for a return address; you pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods.
Faulty or incorrect items
Tell us within 30 days with a photo and your order number and we'll replace it or refund you in full, including postage, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an online order up to 14 days after delivery, even if the item isn't faulty - see Returns & Cancellations.
