1. About us

Wag & Ride UK, an independent online retailer of dog car-travel products, contactable on 0333 016 0195 and via wagandride.co.uk.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order (stock, pricing errors, delivery area). Prices include VAT.

3. Pricing errors

If a price is obviously wrong we will contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and refund.

4. Delivery & risk

Delivery timescales are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on full payment.

5. Fitment & use

Product descriptions and measurements are provided to help you choose; it is your responsibility to check an item suits your dog and vehicle before use. Restraint products reduce risk but cannot guarantee safety in a collision. Always follow the fitting instructions.

6. Returns

See our Returns & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Liability

Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price paid for the goods.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Your statutory rights are not affected.
