Refund Policy
When and how we refund.
This policy sits alongside our Returns & Cancellations page and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Change of mind
Return unused (or clean, as-new) items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Statutory 14-day cancellation also refunds the standard outbound delivery cost.
Faulty goods
Report a fault within 30 days for a full refund including postage; within 6 months for a repair, replacement or refund.
How refunds are paid
To the original payment method, within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or proof of postage.
