About the Bungee Seat-Belt Restraint (Head-Rest Clip)

For cars where the rear buckle is awkward to reach: this restraint loops around the two head-rest posts and hangs down to a bungee-buffered clip for the harness. Keeps the dog on the seat and off the floor, with enough give to sit, stand and lie down but not to reach the front.
